14 Lesley Student-Athletes Named to Winter/Spring NAC All-Academic Team
June 23, 2025CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Lesley University placed 14 student-athletes on the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Winter/Spring All-Academic Team announced by the conference on Monday. To be eligible for the NAC Fall NAC All-Academic Team, student-athletes must be participating members of their respective teams and achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. -
McElroy and Shott Named to CSC Academic All-District Team
June 03, 2025CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Lesley University baseball team saw two student-athletes earn spots on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team announced by the organization this afternoon. Christian McElroy (Toms River, N.J.) and Caden Shott (Richmond, Calif.) earned their first career CSC Academic All-District honors. -
Morales NAC Rookie of the Year Honor Highlights Postseason Awards for Baseball
May 12, 2025CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - After having such a stellar rookie campaign, Lesley University first year second basement/pitcher Raymond Morales (Naugatuck, Conn.) was named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Rookie of the Year. Morales was not the only Lynx to garner postseason attention from the confernece as the squad saw Caden Shott (Richmond, Calif.) named All-Conference First Team third base. Meanwhile on the All-Conference Second Team, Lesley saw five student-athletes earn a spot on the list including: Colin McCarthy (Rehoboth, Mass.)-Catcher, James Brandon (Manhattan Beach, Calif.)-first base, Morales-second base, Christian McElroy (Toms River, N.J.)-outfield, and Andrew Gryniewicz (Hollis, N.H.)-pitcher. Colby Jacobs (Charlton, Mass.) was also named to the NAC All-Sportsmanship Team. -
NAC SEMIFINALS: Baseball Season Comes to a Close Against Thomas, 6-3

NAC QUARTERFINALS: Lesley Drops First Game vs. Thomas, Stays Alive with Win Over SUNY Cobleskill
May 08, 2025BANGOR, Maine - In the opening round of the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) baseball playoffs, No.2 seeded Lesley fell in game one to No.3 seed Thomas College, 11-5. However, in the second game, the Lynx were able to keep their postseason hopes alive in a winner take all game against No.4 seed SUNY Cobleskill by topping the Fighting Tigers, 5-1. -

May 07, 2025CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Despite being projected to finish last in the West Division of the North Atlantic Conference (NAC), the Lesley University baseball team defied expectations and took first place in the division with a 19-16 record while also clinching the No.2 seed (11-5 in NAC) in head coach Cody Mercier's first year. Lesley will take on No.3 seed Thomas College (at Husson) on Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m. -
Baseball Caps Off Regular Season With Sweep of Gordon, 8-3 and 12-7
May 03, 2025LEXINGTON, Mass. - The Lesley University baseball team wrapped up its regular season with a non-conference matchup versus Gordon College and swept the Fighting Scots 8-3 in game one, and 12-7 in game two. Prior to the contest, the Lynx honored the following student-atheletes for senior day: Cal Caruso (Sarasota, Fla.), Justin Dennett (Fairfield, Conn.), Andrew Gryniewicz (Hollis, N.H.), Colby Jacobs (Charlton, Mass.), Colin McCarthy (Rehoboth, Mass.), Dylan McDonald (East Lyme, Conn.), Christian McElroy (Toms River, N.J.), Jacob Nemergut (Monroe, Conn.), Will Stafford (Charlottesville, Va.), Patrick Teasdale (Stamford, Conn.), and graduate student James Brandon (Manhattan Beach, Calif.). Lesley University Athletics would like to thank these student-athletes for all their efforts for the Lesley baseball program over their careers! -

The squads seven straight wins represent the longest win streak this seasona and are the most since last year when the Lynx won 12-straight. -
Baseball Stays Hot, Sweeps UMPI in NAC Action 14-2 & 4-3
April 14, 2025ORONO, Maine - The Lesley University baseball team picked up a pair of North Atlantic Conference (NAC) wins Monday against the University of Maine – Presque Isle squad, posting a 14-2 Game 1 win before pulling out a 4-3 Game 2 victory in extra innings. March 18, 2025LYNN, Mass. - Thanks to a five-run fifth inning, the Lesley University baseball team secured its first series win of the year with a 14-4 victory at Fisher College Tuesday evening. James Brandon (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) and Roy Lenhard (Shelton, Conn.) also recorded career milestones in the win. Brandon knocked in his 100th career RBI, and Lenhard struck out his 100th career batter. -
