April 23, 2016Somerville, Mass. -- Lesley University celebrated Senior Day with a doubleheader split with Mitchell College in New England Collegiate Conference Baseball action this afternoon at Trum Memorial Stadium. After dropping the opener 6-1, the Lynx jumped out to a 6-1 lead in game two before sophomore Nick Iadevaio (Mineola, N.Y.) pitched 3 1/3 inning of scoreless relief to hold on for the 6-5 victory. -

April 20, 2016QUINCY, Mass.- Lesley University smacked a season-high 18 hits and scored multiple runs in three of the first four innings of play to race past Eastern Nazarene College 13-1 in a non-conference clash this afternoon at Adams Field. The victory sets a new program record for wins in a season as the Lynx improve to 15-16 on the season. ENC, who defeated Lesley at Trum Memorial Stadium last week, fall to an even 15-15 overall. -

April 10, 2016HENNIKER, N.H. – The Lesley University offense was in full gear today as they scored a total of 27 runs on 32 hits in a doubleheader sweep of New England College this afternoon in Henniker, N.H. The Lynx used an eight-run seventh inning to pull away for a 17-9 win in game one before taking the nightcap by a score of 10-1. The Lynx won the four-game set with the Pilgrims 3-1 after splitting a doubleheader on Saturday. -

April 09, 2016HAVERHILL, Mass. – Lesley University picked up their third walk-off victory in the last seven days as senior Casey Blanchard (Bernardston, Mass.) followed a leadoff triple by freshman Daniel O’Donnell Jr. (Clark, N.J.) with a single through the left side to plate the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning. The 2-1 triumph in the nightcap salvaged a non-conference doubleheader with New England College as the Pilgrims took the opener 1-0. -

April 06, 2016NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Lesley University freshman Ryan Pumphret (Shrewsbury, Mass.) blasted a leadoff home run in extra innings to give Lesley a walk-off 4-3 win over Elms College in game one of a New England Collegiate Conference doubleheader tonight at the New England Baseball Complex. The Blazers would salvage the split in game two with a 5-0 victory. The rubber match of the series will be played next Tuesday, April 12th in Chicopee, Mass. -

Sophomore Justin Clark (Chino Hills, Calif.) smacked a bases loaded, two run double in the bottom the seventh inning as the Lynx walked-off for a 2-1 victory in game one. DWC junior Nick Goodin (Dracut, Mass.) kept the Lesley offense at bay in game two, going the distance to lift the Eagles to a 2-1 victory to earn the split. -

The Lynx will return north with a 3-7 overall record while the Owls improve to 5-6 on the season with the win.
