SOMERVILLE, Mass. The Lesley University crew team raced against New England Crew League (NECRL) opponents at a regatta this past weekend on their home course, the Mystic River. The womens varsity claimed second place after winning their heat over Endicott College to reach the finals.
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. The Lesley University womens crew team competed at the most historic race in the world held on the Charles River, the 44th annual Head of the Charles Regatta. The Lynx sent our their Lightweight Four squad and finished in 14th place behind Willamette University and posted their fastest time of the season at 23:16.
SHELTON, Conn. The Lesley University womens crew team raced at the Head of the Housatonic and the Novice 4 squad was able to grab a strong fifth place finish. The next race the team will compete in will be the Head of the Charles Regatta, the worlds largest two-day rowing event.
LOWELL, Mass. The Lesley University crew team had their most successful race thus far in the 2008 fall season as several rowers earned medals at the Textile River Regatta last weekend.
ALBANY, N.Y. The Lesley University womens crew team raced at the Head of the Hudson in Albany, New York this past weekend as the team kicked off their fall season.
