    BOSTON, Mass. – Simmons College had four players in double figures as they cruised past the Lynx 70-49. Lauren Kreckie, Kristine Lucas, Sarah Clayton and Kelly Larkin went for 20, 14, 10 and 10 points respectively. Lucas added 10 rebounds to complete the double-double.

    CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Kelly Harrington (Toledo, Ohio) became the last female NAC Player of the Week for 2006. Harrington helped to lead the Lynx past Bay Path College as she scored a game high 28 points. Harrington also added six rebounds and four assists. The promising sophomore shot 12-23 from the floor in the first conference win for the Lynx.

    NEWTON, Mass. – Freshman Nicole Casimiro (Lee, N.H.) tallied 21 points and six assists to boost the Mount Ida College women’s basketball team to a convincing 98-47 victory over Lesley University this evening at the Mount Ida Athletic Center. The forward connected on 10-of-13 shots from the field, as the Mustangs picked up their first league win of the 2006-07 campaign.
