Fralick's Lynx move to 7-0 in NECC with 3-0 win at Regis

WESTON, MA -- Jenna Fralick made her first career visit to Regis College a memorable one, and it didn't take long to do so.

The senior scored twice in the first 18 minutes and assisted on a third Lesley first half goal in her team's eighth straight win, 3-0 over the Pride.

With the victory, Lesley clinched a first place finish in the New England Collegiate Conference, improved to 7-0 in league play and guaranteed the right to host the NECC Tournament starting November 3.

Fralick made her presence felt at the 6:19 mark, taking a through ball from midfielder Jackee Sanchez and depositing it into the bottom right corner of the net for the game's first goal.

At the 18:03 mark, Fralick tallied her 13th score of her senior season on a pass from Veronica Halen at the top of the goalkeeper box. Fralick then assisted on Kate Ryder's fifth goal of the season at 27:05, and Lesley took a 3-0 lead into halftime after outshooting Regis 12-1.

In spite of outshooting the Pride 16-1 and earning six corner kicks in the second half, Lesley stayed off the board, largely in part to Regis goalkeeper Michaela Yebba's seven second half saves. On the day, Lesley outshot the Pride 26-2 and totaled seven corner kicks to only one for Regis.

With the loss, Regis falls to 7-7 and 3-5 in NECC play.

At 11-3 and 7-0 in conference, Lesley travels to Southern Vermont on Monday.
