Lesley sophomore Jackee Sanchez (Santa Clarita, CA/Golden Valley) has been named New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week after a 10-point week in which she scored four goals and added two assists over a pair of Lynx victories.

A 5-foot-5 midfielder, Sanchez was red-hot in Lesley's 2-0 week, tallying a combined 10 points in wins over Emerson and Mass Maritime and moving into a tie for the league lead with 13 points.

On Saturday's win at Mass Maritime, she scored the game-winner as a part of her two-goal, two-assist effort. Three days prior, she added a pair of goals in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Emerson in the First Annual Charles River Cup.

Sanchez leads the league with three assists, is tied for the NECC lead with 13 points and is tied with teammate Veronica Halen (San Diego, CA/Cathedral Catholic) for second in the league with five goals.
