CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - It took Jodi Fralick (Woburn,
Mass.) two weeks in her rookie season to be named the
North Atlantic Conference Player of the Week. In her second
season it took Jodi just one week as she was the first player this
fall to receive the honor.
Fralick received this honor for her outstanding play in the Eagle
Kick-Off Tournament over Labor Day Weekend in Nashua, NH. In
two games in the tournament Fralick tallied five goals as she
helped to lead the Lynx to the championship. For her play
Fralick was also named the tournament's Most Valuable Offensive
Player.
"Jodi has been doing this ever since she first stepped on campus
here at Lesley," commented Head Coach Paul Vasconcelos. "She
puts on these kinds of performances so often that sometimes we all
take her for granted and forget just how special she is."
Jodi and the Lynx return to action on Wednesday when they travel to
Pine Manor College. For more information on Jodi and the
