Kerley joins the Lynx coaching staff for her first year as a collegiate coach. However, Kerley is quite familiar with the women's basketball program as she is a former student-athlete who just graduated last year. In her 68-game career with Lesley, Kerley scored 792 points (11.6 ppg) on 39.9 percent shooting. She also grabbed 643 rebounds (9.5 RPG) and swatted away 82 shots.
Her best year with Lesley came during her senior season, where she averaged a double-double (17.8 ppg / 12.4 rpg). She set the Lesley individual game-scoring record with a 41-point outpouring on Jan. 29, 2024, vs. Wentworth, connecting on 18 field goals in the performance for the program's single-game FG record as well. Kerley also recorded 17 double-doubles on the year, which ranked third in the NAC and seventh overall among NCAA Division III women's basketball players. She also set multiple career highs that year, including field goal percentage, total points, points per game, total rebounds, rebounds per game, total steals, steals per game, total blocks, and blocks per game.
In her junior season at Lesley, she scored in double figures in eight games and grabbed 10+ rebounds in six. Her sophomore season saw her collegiate debut, where she registered nine points and six boards against Dean College on Nov. 6, 2021. She also notched the first double-double of her career versus Anna Maria on Nov. 9 (10 points / 12 rebounds) and ultimately had seven total double-doubles that year.
Kerley also earned numerous awards as a student-athlete with Lesley. She was twice a NECC Academic All-Conference Team honoree and a 2023-24 Josten's Trophy Finalist via D3hoops.com.
Before Lesley, she attended Spanish River High School, where she played varsity basketball and held the single-game rebounding record (24).
