THE LEAD –  Lesley hit the road to take on UMaine Farmington in NAC play. The Lynx dropped to the Beavers 90-59.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Beavers struck first and opened up the match with a seven point run, immediately forcing the Lynx to come back from behind.
• A jump shot and layup from Alexandra Kerley brought Lesley within 2 points with 7 minutes to go in the first quarter. Both teams continued to fire off shots, heading into the second quarter with Lesley trailing 21-24.
• Farmington took an early lead, which Lesley answered, but the teams headed to the locker rooms at halftime with Farmington leading 40-29.
• The third quarter went much like the first two, with both teams finding the net and Lesley pushing in hopes of taking the lead.
• Farmington's offense exploded in the fourth, taking the win 90-59.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Savannah Gravitt lead the Lynx with 16 points and four rebounds, going 4-11 from outside the arc.
• Kerley followed with 14 points and 13 rebounds, her sixth double-double of the season.

The Lynx are heading into the Winter break and will return to the court Thursday, January 4^th with a non-conference matchup against Dean College.
