CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Lesley women's basketball junior forward Dakota Jones has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office Monday.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE

• Jones averaged 21 points and 13 rebounds over the three game stretch. 
• Last Tuesday (Jan. 8) against Southern Vermont College, Jones dropped a team-high 27 points while also grabbing 17 rebounds. Jones shot 10-of-15 from the field while also sinking 7-of-15 from the free throw line in a 59-54 loss. 
• Jones also poured in a team leading 29 points and pulled down 13 boards in a home loss versus Mitchell College (Jan. 10), 88-51.
• On the season, Jones ranks first in the NECC averaging 18.3 PPG and 14.3 RPG. Jones also ranks second in field goal percentage shooting 51.1%.
