Lynx "Play 4Kay" in annual cancer awareness game tonight at 8

Lesley women's basketball will host its annual breast cancer awareness game tonight at 8:00 vs. Wheelock, raising funds and awareness for The Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

As part of the "Play 4Kay" initiative, formerly known as Pink Zone, both teams will wear pink in their uniforms and warm-ups. Fans will have the opportunity to donate on behalf of Lesley women's basketball to The Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

All fans are encouraged to wear pink to tonight's game, and any fan making a donation at the game is entered to win Lynx Play 4Kay gear and Lesley merchandise.

Fans unable to attend or donate at tonight's game can donate on Lesley's behalf at the Lynx official Play4Kay page at www.play4kay.org/LesleyAthletics.

According to the organization's website, "Play 4Kay is a global, unified effort for a nation of coaches to assist in raising breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. The Kay Yow Cancer Fund, in partnership with the WBCA (Women's Basketball Coaches Association) and The V Foundation, is the official Play 4Kay charity."
