Hailee Lowe, NAC Player of the Week

WHITINGHAM, Vt. - Hailee Lowe (Hamilton, Mass.) shined for the Lynx women's basketball team in their only game this week and in the process earned North Atlantic Conference Player of the Week honors.

Lowe posted 17 points, seven rebounds, four blocks, and had three steals in Lesley's 70-54 defeat at the hands of Regis College.  For Lowe, it was her second consecutive double-digit scoring game which has raised her season total to 13.7 ppg.

On the season, Lowe is shooting an impressive 55.2% from the field as she has been a consistent threat in the post for the Lynx early in the season.  Even though she has focused on herself on improving her inside game, she has also been know to be an outside threat as well, making her very difficult to defend.

"Hailee has come back and become the player we hoped she would, especially offensively.  She is tough to cover because she can play inside and out, and she will be a major part of any future success we have," commented Head Coach Dan Hunt.  "It is quite a honor for her and program that she was chosen Player of the Week, as this shows we are moving the program forward."

Lowe and the rest of the Lady Lynx will be back in action Thursday November 29 at 8 p.m. against Mount Ida College.
