BOSTON, Mass. - Simmons College had four players in double figures as they cruised past the Lynx 70-49. Lauren Kreckie, Kristine Lucas, Sarah Clayton and Kelly Larkin went for 20, 14, 10 and 10 points respectively. Lucas added 10 rebounds to complete the double-double.
The Lynx were led by Kelly Harrington (Toledo, Ohio), and Hailee Lowe (Hamilton, Mass.) who put in 13 and 11 points respectively. Harrington added seven rebounds and two steals to her totals.
Simmons led by 14 points with 11:26 to play in the first half and coasted from their. Simmons extended their lead to 18 at halftime, 41-23.
Lesley showed great resolve and played tough in the second half. Lesley was only outscored 29-26 in the second half.
