Turcotte joins the Lynx after coaching with many basketball organizations, including his current one, Cambridge Basketball Lab. With Cambridge Basketball Lab, Turcotte is one of their coaches who helps implement developmental skills and programs for youth basketball players to succeed. He also assists with program operations, fundraising, and community events as well. Before Cambridge Basketball Lab, Turcotte was the Head Coach of the junior varsity team and Assistant Coach on the varsity team at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. He helped generate comprehensive practices and game planning to ensure the athletes performed at their best. He also helped the varsity coach scout opponents and analyzed film to ensure his athletes were prepared for game weeks. Prior to these two stops, Turcotte has coached with the following organizations: Impact Performance, Cape Cod Warriors Basketball, UMass Summer Basketball Camps, Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, and Special Olympics.
Turcotte has also played competitively with the Massachusetts Monarchs, who are part of the professional minor league organization, The Basketball League (TBL). With the Monarchs, he and his teammates competed against other teams in the league and also represented the Monarchs at various events and camps. He also played with CB Sant Josep, a professional team in Barcelona, Spain as members of Liga EBA.
Turcotte earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UMass Amherst in 2017, where he was also a member of the men's basketball team. In 2017, he also earned a certificate in Sport and Movement Science from Salem State.
