Hall enters his first year with the Lynx with a proven high school and AAU track record. He is currently the Head Coach of the AAU team, Middlesex Magic, and the Junior Varsity Head Coach/Varsity Assistant Coach at Austin Prep. In his role with the Magic, Hall has recruited and retained numerous high-level athletes who have gone on to play for sneaker-sponsored teams thanks to his teaching of the game through skill development and strength training. Hall is also responsible for developing and implementing organized daily written practice plans to help the athletes on his team successfully compete at the highest level. At Austin Prep, Hall advises, guides, and counsels the athletes on nutrition, help, and safety. He also helps the coach assess and evaluate the performance of athletes during training and games to assist the varsity coach. Thanks to all his coaching, he has developed strong and positive relationships with all the parents and students he has worked with. Aside from coaching with the Magic and Austin Prep, Hall also serves as a private basketball trainer. 

Prior to the Magic and Austin Prep, Hall was the Junior Varsity Head Coach and varsity Assistant at O'Bryant High School from 2021-2023. During his time at O'Bryant, Hall helped scout opposing teams to provide a report to the varsity head coach and players with detailed information to help them prepare for upcoming games. He also helped organize and facilitate off-season training to assist athletes with skill development. Off the court, he managed study hall to ensure athletes were able to focus on their academics. He also helped with practices to ensure his athletes successfully executed all drills. 

Hall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) in 2017. Hall was a member of the MCLA Men's Basketball team, where he was a part of the MASCAC All-Academic Team from 2014-16. He also earned Dean's List during 2014-16. In Spring 2019, Hall earned his Master of Social Work Degree from Boston College.
