THE LEAD –  Lesley hit the road to take on the Norwich Cadets of the GNAC in non-conference play.  

HOW IT HAPPENED GAME 1

• The Cadets struck first off a turnover on Lesley's opening possession, leading to a jumper from Owen Liss in the first 30 seconds of the match. Lesley evened out the score 6-6 before the Cadets' offense gained the needed momentum take a significant lead on the match.
• Back to back jumpers from Liss gave Norwich a 16 point lead heading to the break.
• Seven unanswered points for the Cadets opened up the second half, giving Norwich a 23 point lead, when DJ Alexander responded for the Lynx with a three-pointer on the next possession.
• Lesley continued to fire off points but could not stop the Cadets' offense, falling 91-47.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• 11 players scored on the match, 20 points off the bench.
• Alexander, Jaden Phillips, and Christian Castro each put up 7 points on the match.
