GAME OVERVIEW:
WORCESTER, MA. -- The Lesley men's basketball team fell to the Becker Hawks on Wednesday evening by a score of 45-93. The Lynx drop to 0-17 on the season and 0-6 in conference, while the Hawks improve to 10-9 and 3-3 in conference play.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
- Kostas Tatsis led the Lynx with a double-double, posting 12 points and 12 rebounds. He also collected 4 assists and 1 steal on the night.
- Junior Chase Howard was the next highest scorer for the Lynx adding 8 points, while adding 2 blocks and 1 steal. Followed by Dominik Herrmann who added 7 points off the bench.
- The Lynx had a rough night shooting as team. They shot only 27.1% from the field and 14.8% from beyond the arc, along with a tough 47.4% from the free throw line.
- The Hawks were led by reigning NECC Rookie of the Week Terrance Edwards. He shot 8-9 from the field with 3 rebounds and 2 blocks in just 9 minutes of play off the bench.
- The Hawks also got a strong performance from Mateus Riberio who added 14 points and 8 assists.
