ATTLEBORO, Mass. – After making his collegiate debut last Friday, Lesley University freshman Xeo Golding (Windermere, Fla.) has been named New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week. NECC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations Rebecca Mullen made the announcement today in the conference Weekly Report.

Golding played 33 minutes in his first game in a Lynx uniform and led all players with 24 points in a loss at Gordon College this past Friday. Lesley will look to get their first win of the season on Monday night when they battle New England College at 7:00p.

NECC Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Xeo Golding, Lesley (Fr., F, Windermere, Fla.) - Golding had quite the impressive collegiate debut as he scored a game-high 22 points at Gordon on Friday night. The rookie finished 8-16 from the field, including going 4-8 from three-point range. Golding also pulled down six boards and added a pair of steals on the night.
