Dudley, MA. – Lesley University baseball dropped a non-conference game versus Nichols College on Thursday afternoon at Nichols Baseball field. The Bison pulled off an 11-2 win over the Lynx. The Lynx drop to 7-20 on the campaign, while Nichols improve to 18-13 overall on the season.

LESLEY HIGHLIGHTS:

• The Bison started the contest with 10 runs in the over the first four innings to take a commanding lead of the game. Lesley grabbed their first run of the game in the sixth after a Vincent Taliercio (Valley Stream, N.Y.) homerun, his first of the season.
• Lesley would grab another run in the seventh inning, with Alex Burr (Oakville, CT.) singling to left, to drive home Will Rhone (North Haven, CT.).
• However, the Bison would score one more run to take the contest by a final score of 11-2 when it was all said an done.
• Lesley put six hits on the board with Taliercio, Burr, Ryan Pumphret (Shrewsbury, MA.), Zach Rossi (Shrewsbury, MA.), Brendan Fairchild (Temecula, CA.), and Michael Fiorelli (Rutland, MA.) all picking up a base hit.
