ATTLEBORO, Mass. – First year Matthew Warner (San Diego, Calif.) was named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week after helping the Lynx to a 2-1 week which included a double-header sweep of conference foe Daniel Webster College.

Against the Eagles, Warner drove in the game-winning run in the top of the sixth of game two Sunday evening with a line-drive single into left-centerfield. He went two-for-three with a double and three RBI on the night while posted a staggering 1.183 OPS (.600 SLG%, .583 OBP) over the course of the week.
