Back Squat

Back Squat

  1. Place bar on the trap muscles on the back and top of your neck. (not on spine!)
  2. Extend arms out and grab the bar with both hands
  3. Have feet shoulder width apart, feet slightly pointed outward
  4. Keep back straight, inhale, looking straight ahead lower body so the femur in the leg is parallel or past parallel to the ground.

Extend hips and knees while driving thought the heel and exhaling
