Ankle Rocks

  1. Stagger feet while placing hands on wall
  2. Take the lead foot and place it 3 inches away from the wall
  3. Bend the knee while keeping the heel of the foot stationary and try to touch the wall with knee
  4. If knee touches the wall, move back and continue until knee cannot touch wall

Progression: have knee bend medially then laterally from the body.
