Snatch

  1. Eyes straight, knees bend, back straight, arms are loose and long at elbows
  2. Lean over the bar keeping the shoulders back, keeping wrists curled under
  3. Extend knees and hips while shrugging and pulling arms straight up
  4. Extend arms overhead and lock out arms while sitting under the bar

Progression: Use two KB or DB’s
