Hip Swing

Hip Swings

  1. Stand tall with one hand on the wall, have your ear facing the wall, with feet beside each other
  2. The inside leg will be straight as possible and will swing as far front and back as possible while keeping the stationary leg straight
  3. Prevent the torso from moving when swinging the legs.

Frontal plane: Same can be performed facing the wall and having one leg swing L to R instead of front to back.
