BOSTON, Mass. – Lesley University senior Leah Miller (Thomaston, Conn.) continued her post-season schedule this evening, running at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) hosted by Boston University. Miller placed 14th overall with a time of 18:20.35 in a field that featured just six Division III runners. 

Miller previously reset the Lesley 5000-meter record twice this season. At the Jay Carisella Invite hosted by Northeastern, she ran an 18:01.11 which qualified her for the New England meet, before crushing that time and coming in at 17:41.57 at the Valentine Invitational at BU. The senior seems to enjoy the Boston University track as she also set a season-best time of 5:12.61 in the 1-mile and posted a top-30 finish in the 1000-meter with a time of 3:10.02.

Miller's indoor season is still not finished as she will represent Lesley in the ECAC Indoor Championships next weekend at the Reggie Lewis Center in Roxbury, Mass.
