ATTLEBORO, Mass. –Lesley University freshman Jordan Mitchell (Sachse, Texas) has been honored by the New England Collegiate Conference as the Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week. NECC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations Rebecca Mullen made the announcement today in the conference Weekly Report.

Mitchell helped propel the Lynx to a perfect 2-0 record last week with two goals and three assists. The rookie leads Lesley with seven goals and eight assists on the year.

Jordan Mitchell, Lesley (Fr., M, Sachse, Texas) - Mitchell has continued her torrid rookie season as she helped the Lynx to a pair of NECC victories in a perfect 2-0 week. The freshman was a part of all three goals as she scored once and registered two assists in a 3-0 win over Regis before capping her week with another goal and assist in an 8-0 blanking of Wheelock.
