Landerholm, Sanchez Named NSCAA All-New England

KANSAS CITY – Lesley University seniors Hannah Landerholm (Edmonds, Wash.) and Jasmine Sanchez (Chino, Calif.) have both been voted to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire NCAA Division III Women's All-New England Region team.

This marks the second straight season that Landerholm has been honored as a First Team selection. The two-time New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Year helped anchor one of the top defensive units in the region as the Lynx allowed just seven goals in 21 matches. The senior also proved to be a valuable offensive asset as she connected for seven goals and three assists on the year while starting all 21 games.

Sanchez was voted as a Second Team honoree following a stellar senior campaign. Sanchez appeared in 21 matches, registering 20 starts, and finished with seven goals and one assist while stabilizing Lesley's midfield. Sanchez was also voted to the NECC First Team.

The Lynx wrapped up one of their most successful seasons in program history with their third straight trip to the NCAA Tournament following their fourth NECC Championship. Lesley also tied a program mark with 18 wins.
