Women's Soccer Moves Up Three Spots in NSCAA Poll

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Lesley University women's soccer team has moved up three spots in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) New England Regional poll to No. 6 this week after a scoreless tie with MIT and a 3-1 win over Southern Vermont College. MIT received the No. 1 ranking in the regional poll and are ranked No. 13 in the country.

The Lynx also received votes in the NSCAA National Poll for the first time in program history.

The 7-0-1 Lynx will have a tough week ahead, kicking off play this afternoon with Middlebury College, the No. 7 ranked team in New England. The Panthers stand at 3-1-1 on the season. Lesley will return home on Saturday for a New England Collegiate Conference battle with Elms College at Buckingham, Browne, and Nichols for a 7:00p start.
