LEICESTER, Mass. - The Lesley University women's soccer team visited Becker College for their first New England Collegiate Conference match up of the season and walked away 6-0 victors, improving their unbeaten record to 6-0-1 (1-0-0 NECC).

The match saw some of the usual heavy hitters in the Lynx offense make an impact as leading goal-scorer Jodi Fralick (Woburn, Mass.) added two more goals to her season total along with two assists.  Jenna Fralick (Woburn, Mass.) netted the match's first goal at 8:26 and assisted on another goal later in the half.

Lesley, however, saw significant contributions from a few highly talented freshman ballers who scored their first goal of their collegiate careers.  Haley Puckhaber (Lake Placid, N.Y.), who tallied an assist earlier in the season, scored her first goal of the season in the 23rd minute off an assist from Jodi Fralick.  Defender Savannah Dunay (Effort, Pa.) netted an unassisted goal in the first half and assisted on Bridget Rundquist's (Chicago, Ill.) first Lesley goal in the second half.

Lynx keeper Hailee Lowe (Hamilton, Mass.) had to make just one save the entire 90 minutes and has only given up one goal in Lesley's seven contests so far this season.

The preseason favorite to win the NECC will continue their march to the championship as the Lynx will host conference opponent Daniel Webster College on September 23 at 8:00 pm.
