ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Lesley University freshman Kylie Lounder (Belchertown, Mass.) has been named New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week, announced today by Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations Rebecca Mullen.

Lounder was excellent for the Lynx in a 2-1 week, as she posted the first two double-doubles of her career.

Kylie Lounder, Lesley (Fr., F, Belchertown, Mass.) - Lounder powered the Lynx to a 2-1 while averaging a double-double in the process. The rookie poured in a career-high 20 points and pulled down 13 rebounds and came just three assists shy of a triple-double with seven helpers while swiping three steals. She added five points and nine boards against Newbury before finishing the week with her second double-double of her career in a win over Southern Vermont on Saturday. Lounder dropped 14 points and matched her career-high with 13 rebounds while dishing out four assists against the Mountaineers.
