CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Sophomore Nick Green (Stoughton, Mass.) has continued his outstanding season and been named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) for the fourth time this season. NECC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations, Robb Modica, made the announcement this morning the conference Weekly Report.

Green paced the Lynx at the New England Championships on Saturday, nearly breaking the Lesley course record at Franklin Park, finishing the 8k course in 26:50.

Green nearly broke the Lesley Franklin Park course record, but fell seven seconds shy as he finished the 8k course in 26:50 to be the top Lesley finisher at the New England Championships on Saturday. Green finished 173rd in a field of 279 Division I, II, and III runners.
