CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Lesley University men's volleyball team hosted fellow Cambridge school Massachusetts Institute of Technology and lost 3-0 (30-15, 30-10, 30-10) for their second loss of the season.  The Engineers improved to 2-4 (0-2 North East Collegiate Volleyball Association).

MIT's Michael Demyttenaere (Brussels, Belgium) tortured Lesley's back row the entire match as the junior tallied 16 service aces.  Demyttenaere also led the offense with eight kills.

Junior setter Caine Jette (Haiku, Hawaii) came off the bench to lead the Engineers with 17 set assists.

For the Lynx, Stephen Siragusa (Valley Stream, N.Y.) had a team-high three kills.  Clayton Janer (Guilford, Conn.) dished out five assists.

Lesley will host Johnson & Wales University on January 26 at 8:00 pm while MIT travels to Lasell College on Friday evening for a 7:00 pm match.
