GAME OVERVIEW:

The Lesley men's tennis team fell to Rhode Island College 9-0 Monday afternoon.  With the loss the Lynx slip to 1-4 on the 2018 season.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Senior Brett Taggart and freshman Alex Bourque  paired up for an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles over Lesley sophomores Evan Flaherty and Gerry Chica. 
• Freshmen Cam Chadwick and Mike Dickie recorded an 8-1 win over the Lynx tandem of freshman Willian Sgroand sophomore Patrick Corcoran. 
• The Anchormen finished the sweep of doubles action with junior Matthew Gambardella and freshman Ethan Hoy  downing freshman Colin Holter and sophomore Peter Weiss    8-1, at the No. 3 spot.
• Chadwick won (6-0, 6-1) at No. 1 singles vs. Chica, while Taggart downed Sgro (6-2, 6-3) at No. 2 singles.
• Bourque blanked Flaherty (6-0, 6-0) and Gambardella shut out Corcoran (6-0, 6-0) at No. 3 and 4 singles, respectively.
• Junior Chandler Scott defeated Holter (6-1, 6-0) at No. 5 singles and classmate Alan Esposito defeated Weiss (6-1, 6-0) at No. 6 singles.
