Scouting Lesley:
Lesley dropped a 1-0 decision in the New England Collegiate Conference Semifinals to Elms College, the eventual NECC Champions. The Lynx have been in close games all season, with seven of their losses coming in one-goal matches. Lesley senior goalkeeper and NECC Goalkeeper of the Year, Nathan Trucks (Guilford, Conn.), has been outstanding all season long picking up eight of Lesley's nine wins. Trucks has posted four shutouts while boasting a 0.84 goals-against average.

The bulk of the Lynx offense comes from freshman forward Erik Johansen (West Harrison, N.Y.). The NECC Rookie of the Year award winner posted a team-high 13 goals to go with his two assists for a team-leading 28 points.

This marks the fourth time in program history that the Lynx have received a bid to the ECAC Tournament. Last season, Lesley dropped a 2-0 decision to top-seeded Roger Williams University.

Scouting Lasell:
The Lasers earned the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) regular season crown and top-seed in the GNAC Tournament, posting a 7-1-1 record in conference play. Lasell was upset by Johnson & Wales in the GNAC Finals, playing to a 3-3 tie before the Wildcats advanced to the NCAA Tournament on penalty kicks, 5-3. Senior Mike Skelton (Conway, N.H) was named GNAC Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, posting 20 goals and four assists. Sophomore Connor Fitzgerald (Marshfield, Mass.) helps Skelton up front, posting a strong season with six goals and five assists.
