CAMBRIDGE, Mass. --  For the fourth time this season, Lesley University forward Erik Johansen (West Harrison, N.Y.) has been named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week. NECC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations, Robb Modica, made the announcement this morning in the conference Weekly Report.

Johansen scored all four goals for the Lynx in a 4-2 win over Elms on Saturday night. His performance tied the Lynx record for goals in a single game and the freshman leads the NECC with 13 goals and 27 points.

The freshman forward continued his brilliant season by scoring a career-high four goals in a 4-2 win over Elms College on Saturday night in NECC action. It was Johansen's fourth multi-goal game of the year, including his third 3-plus goal performance.
