GAME OVERVIEW:

QUINCY, MA. -- The Lesley men's basketball team lost to the Eastern Nazarene Lions 86-60 on Saturday afternoon. The Lynx fall to 0-22 on the season and 0-10 in the NECC, while the Lions advance to 13-10 overall and 8-2 in the conference.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

  • The Lions pulled away early in the first half, going up 28-9 with a 13-0 run. Every player scored for Eastern Nazarene, with Noah Cheney leading the way with 13 points.
  • Chase Howard was the leading scorer for the Lynx, with 20 points. Howard also had three rebounds, an assist, and a steal on the day. Treyvon Trent added ten points, six rebounds, and two assists of his own.
  • Neither team shot particularly well, but the Lions were able to do more with their chances. Both teams were cold from three, with Lesley shooting 30.8% and ENC shooting 25.9% with more makes and attempts.
  • The Lions got twelve points from Andrew Mitchell in ten minutes off the bench, while Garrett Crandell added ten and Luke Dagley had eleven.
