CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Joe Chatman (Boston, Mass.) became the third Lesley men's basketball player to be named to the NAC's First Team All-Conference Team.  James Parker (Sandwich, Mass.) will be joining Chatman as Parker was named to the NAC's All-Conference Honorable Mention Team.  This is the second straight year that two Lynx players were recognized by the NAC and received All-Conference Honors.

Chatman, a transfer from Franklin Pierce College, is in his first season in the NAC and quickly took the conference by storm.  The junior guard finished the season in the NAC ranked 4^th in scoring, 4^th in assists, 1^st in steals, 9^th in three-point field goal percentage, and 4^th in assist-turnover ratio.  Chatman's most impressive statistic this year was his free-throw shooting.  Chatman finished the season ranked 1^st nationally in all of men's division III basketball in free-throw shooting.  Chatman also ranked 22^nd nationally in steals and 53^rd in assists per game.

In conference games, the criteria for all-conference voting, Chatman finished averaging 17.5 points per game, the third most in Lesley basketball history.  Chatman ended the season with 75 assists and 36 steals in league play.  Beyond the impressive statistics Chatman was the anchor of the Lynx team that went 13-12 overall during the regular season and 9-6 in conference play, earning the number three seed in the NAC West.

Parker who has been a part of Lesley basketball from the very beginning will leave the court as Lesley's all-time leading scorer.  The three-point specialist had quite a season and was recognized with conference accolades for the first time in his career.  Parker's most memorable performance came against the western division leading Elms College when he set a school record with eight three-pointers and went for a game high 30 points to help the Lynx upset Elms.

Parker finished the season ranked in the NAC 24^th in scoring, 20^th in rebounding, 2^nd in steals, 3^rd in three-point field goal percentage, and 1^st in three-pointers made.  Parker was also nationally ranked 34^th in three-point field goals per game, 29^th in three-point field goal percentage, and 24^th in steals per game.

In conference games Parker averaged 13.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.13 assists per game.  In those 15 conference games Parker buried 45 three-points while shooting 42.5% from deep.  Parker was also third on the team in free-throw shooting as he was 18-22 (81.8%) from the charity stripe.
