THE LEAD – The Lynx dropped their first game of Spring Break to Mt. Aloysius this afternoon in an 8-3 final score.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Mt. Aloysius scores four unanswered runs to start the game.
- Justin Dennett gets the Lynx in the run column with an RBI single in the third inning.
- Lynx continued to try and chip away at Mt. Aloysius' lead but they would add on a homerun in the 6th inning to solidify their lead.
- Lesley was able to get a rally going in the bottom of the eighth. Dennett would single in another run and Kevin Dorsey was hit by a pitch to bring in another run. Lesley went on to leave the inning with bases loaded.
- Mt. Aloysius sent in two insurance runs at the top of the ninth finishing the game with an 8-3 score.

- Dennett went 3-5 and 2 RBI's, 1 run and 2 stolen bases.
