CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Lesley University freshman Caroline Kiddie (Scituate, Mass.) has been named New England Collegiate Conference Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week. NECC Assistant Commissioner for Communications, Roger Crosley, made the announcement in the conference Weekly Report.

Kiddie helped lead the Lynx to a pair of 7-2 victories over Anna Maria College and Eastern Nazarene College last week, going a perfect 2-0 in both her No. 1 doubles and No. 1 singles, respectively.

Kiddie went a perfect 2-0 in singles and 2-0 in doubles in a pair of wins for the Lynx this week. Play No. 1 singles, Kiddie prevailed in a three set battle at Anna Maria College while taking a 6-4, 7-5 decision in the No. 1 flight in a win in the home opener vs. Eastern Nazarene.Kiddie also teamed up with sophomore Carlyn Barker to go 2-0 on the week in No. 1 doubles play.
