Coach Morris graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 1997 with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice, and a minor in Political Science. Coach Morris, a very talented player, could not shake the volleyball bug and immediately started her coaching career upon graduation.

Coach Morris coached at her Alma Mata for two years and was named the Little East Coach of the Year in 1999. She guided U-Mass to one of the best records in the program's history. From her time at U-Mass she also helped produce a Little East Rookie of the Year and two Little East MVP Players.

Coach Morris left U-Mass to go coach at Mount Alvernia High School and brought her success and enthusiasm with her. At Mount Alvernia led her team to their first ever Catholic Conference Championship Title. In 2003 she returned back to college to be an assistant coach at Tufts University. In 2006 Coach Morris returned to being a head coach and went back to high school where she coached at Norwood High School. Coach Morris became the fourth men's volleyball coach at Lesley University in 2007

Coach Morris commented on her goals while at Lesley, "Througout my career I have been very successful building programs, and to be honest the challenge is always something I look forward to. The Lesley men's program already has some extremely talented players, and I am very confident that I can help them take the next leap forward and become competitive in one of the toughest volleyball divisions in the nation."
