CAMBRIDGE, MA -- Defending men's and women's cross country champion Lesley University and New England Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year Dan Flynn released the Lynx 2011 schedule on Thursday.

Lesley's schedule opens on September 1 for the second annual President's Cup, a three-team women's race between Lesley, Lasell College and Newbury College at which the Lynx collected a perfect score a year ago. Flynn's schedule features five regular season meets before the October 29 NECC Championship, after which Lesley runners will compete in the NCAA New England Regionals in hopes of qualifying for the November 19 NCAA Championship.

Flynn returns 2011 NECC Men's Runner of the Year and Rookie of the Year Kyle Casiglio, as well as All-NECC First Teamer Chris Conforti.

On the women's side, the Lynx welcome back all of their record five All-NECC First Team runners, including two-time NECC Runner of the Year Noa Kupfer and reigning Rookie of the Year Leah Miller.
