BOSTON -- Lesley's men's and women's cross country teams took part in Saturday's Northeastern University Invitational Saturday morning in Franklin Park.

Lesley's Leah Miller finished sixth in the 15-woman field, which consisted of runners from Northeastern and Lesley, checking in at 21:33. Elize McKelvey finished ninth at 22:34, and 2010 New England Collegiate Conference Runner of the Year Noa Kupfer followed at 10th place, with a time of 22:47.

On the men's side, freshman Even Reseska finished the 8k course at 31:23, good for 13th place in his first college race. Cory Poissant clocked in at 36:09, good for 15th place.

Lesley returns to action two weeks from today at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational on September 17.
