Coach Dan Flynn commented on his team's big win this past weekend, "Winning the Blazer Invitational was a great confidence boost for our team.  The women have worked hard and now they see the benefit of that effort.  This was a step in the right direction and we have much more we can achieve in the next seven weeks.  I was very proud of our team."

On the men's side, Francis Cusick (Lexington, Mass.) finished second overall (29:39) as the men's squad also had an impressive showing.

The Lesley cross-country team will be back in action this Saturday, September 29 at the Pop Crowell Invitational at Gordon College.  To find out more information on the team, please visit their website.
