Coach Morris coached at her Alma Mata for two years and was named the Little East Coach of the Year in 1999.  She guided U-Mass to one of the best records in the program's history.  From her time at U-Mass she also helped produce a Little East Rookie of the Year and two Little East MCP Players.

Coach Morris left U-Mass to go coach at Mount Alvernia High School and brought her success and enthusiasm with her.  At Mount Alvernia led her team to their first ever Catholic Conference Championship Title.  In 2003 she returned back to college to be an assistant coach at Tufts University.  In 2006 Coach Morris returned to being a head coach and went back to high school where she coached at Norwood High School.  Coach Morris becomes just the second women's volleyball coach at Lesley University.

Coach Morris commented on her experience at Lesley thus far, "I am very honored and excited to be a part of this ever growing program.  The team has been on a positive upward climb every season for the past five years and I think the team will be an elite team in the NECC."
