MEDFORD, Mass.- The Lesley University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Rhode Island College in the first home match of the season.

• The visitors captured the first set 25-11 before doubling their lead with a 25-2 decision in the second frame.
• Rhode Island College wrapped up its third-consecutive win with a 25-5 victory in the third set.
• Candace Ells notched a team-high three kills on the night Emma Welch finished with 12 digs for the Lynx.
