
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Lesley University senior Katrina Stroganoff (Cedar Grove, N.J.) has been named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week. Stroganoff has a huge week setting a career-high with 16 kills in a 3-1 win over Newbury before topping that total when she knocked down 17 in a 3-0 sweep over Becker College. The outside hitter had double-digit kills in each of the four matches last week, leading the Lynx to a 3-1 record.

Stroganoff paced the Lynx in a 3-1 week, posting double-digit kills in each of the matches. The senior buried 16 kills and 17 digs in a 3-1 win over Newbury before knocking down 17 kills and digging out nine balls while hitting .268 from the floor in a 3-0 sweep of the Hawks. For the week, Stroganoff averaged 4.36 kills and 3.91 digs per set.
