CAMBRIDGE, MA -- Lesley University women's volleyball middle hitter Amanda McCracken has been named New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week.

McCracken's continued domination at the net led to a week for the Lynx that featured a 3-0 sweep of Great Northeast Athletic Conference foe St. Joseph's (CT) and a 3-2 win over Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent WIT, as well as a 3-0 win at the Community College of Rhode Island. McCracken threw down 15 kills and four blocks to only five kill errors in the wins over St. Joe's and WIT, posting a robust .500 hitting percentage.

The sophomore Eldersburg, MD native leads the Lynx into action tonight at 7:30 against Suffolk University.
