GAME OVERVIEW:

Cambridge, Mass.-- The Lesley Women's tennis team claimed a NAC conference victory over Johnston State University with a score fo 6-3 Saturday afternoon.  With the win, the Lynx improve to 2-6 on the year, while the Badgers sit at 3-3.

INSIDE THE SCORESHEET:

• Lesley took a 2-1 lead after the doubles portion of the match.  Theresa Pereira and Sara Stanton paired up in the No. 1 slot defeating Grace Page and Mikayla Messier 8-5.  Maddie Abbott and Jessica Russo earned a 8-3 win over Sam Kershner and Becca Simon in the No. 2 doubles match, and Libby Chitamer and Leah Gaboury claimed the lone Badger win in the No. 3 doubles match.
• Maddie Abbott, Theresa Pereira, Sara Stanton, and Sarah Tobin each earned victories for the Lynx in their singles match ups.
• Libby Chitamber, and Becca Simon had the lone victories for Johnston State.
