Coach Mary Gerard is in her second year with the Lesley Rowing Team. Coach Gerard attended Mount Holyoke College, where she graduated with a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior in 2006.  While at Mt. Holyoke, Coach Gerard was a member of the Division III Rowing Team for four years and was team captain from 2004-2006. She was also named a NEWMAC All Conference Rower in the Spring of 2004 and an NCAA Division III All American Rower for 2004-2005. 

Coach Gerard also participated in various clubs and activities while at Mt. Holyoke including time as a member of Mt. Holyoke Ice Hockey Team and the Student Government Association.  She has been a board member for Mount Holyoke College Friends of Rowing since 2006.  

Since graduation, Coach Gerard has been busy working in laboratory and clinical research and spending her summers training with US Rowing development camps.
