Revere, MA- Lesley softball dropped game 1 to the Lions of ENC, 11-1, on Friday. The loss will push the Lynx into the loser's bracket, where they will look to fight to stay alive in the postseason.
Inside the Game:
- Lesley jumped out to an early 1-0 lead, as a Antonia Kieran groundout drove in Mahlia Medina.
- The Lions would respond, scoring 4 in the bottom half to make it 4-1.
- A 6 run third would really break open the game, making it 10-1.
- Another run scoring in the fourth would make it 11-1, where the game would finish.
Lynx Highllights:
- Mahlia Medina went 1-2 with a double on the day with a run scored.
- Holly Swinamer went 1-2 on the day.
- Antonia Kieran drove home RBI number 18 on the season.
- With Emma Hodgkins relief outing today, she eclipsed the 100 inning mark on the season. She is only the second pitcher to reach the 100 inning mark in a single season over the past 5 years.

The Lynx (3-36, 0-13) will now have to fight to remain alive in the postseason against the Mariners of Mitchell College. First pitch is set for 3pm.
